The prominent Iraqi firm with a presence in the UAE, Etihad Law Firm Ltd acted as Iraqi law advisor in preparing and drafting the legal documents governing the relationship between the Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI), Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), foreign banks, and international investors in connection with the Clore and Black Urea factories projects.
