Eversheds Sutherland advised Fairbanks Morse Defense on its acquisition of Truflo Marine from IMI
The global leading law firm Eversheds Sutherland has advised Fairbanks Morse Defense (FMD), a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, on its acquisition of IMI plc’s Truflo Marine business.
Truflo Marine is a recognised leader in advanced valve design and control solutions for mission-critical naval systems. This strategic acquisition significantly enhances FMD’s valve design, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities and strengthens its ability to support allied naval submarine and surface vessels around the world.
The transaction is subject to customary completion conditions, including regulatory review and approval.
