Eversheds Sutherland advised Four Seasons Health Care Group on the £241 million sale of 46 high-performing freehold care homes across the UK and Jersey as part of its ongoing restructuring process.

Eversheds Sutherland advised Four Seasons Health Care Group on £241 million sale of care homes

Eversheds Sutherland advised Four Seasons Health Care Group on the English law aspects of the sale of the business and assets of all 46 of the Group’s high-performing freehold care homes across England, Scotland, and Jersey, for an aggregate value of £241 million.

This transaction marks a significant milestone in the Group’s ongoing restructuring process. Eversheds Sutherland has advised the Group on several transactions throughout this period, including the 2023–2024 English law aspects of the sale of 61 operational care homes and three closed sites across England and Scotland.
