Global law firm Freshfields is advised Salesforce on its announced acquisition of Qualified, a leading provider of agentic AI marketing solutions. Bringing Qualified into the Salesforce ecosystem will allow customers to quickly deploy fully-featured marketing agents that autonomously generate pipeline, furthering the company's commitment to the agent-first enterprise.

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of Salesforce's fiscal year 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and required regulatory approvals.
