Gibson Dunn Advised Eurazeo And Mapal Group On Acquisition Of Inpulse

Gibson Dunn advised leading asset manager Eurazeo and its portfolio company, Mapal Group, on its acquisition of Inpulse, an AI-powered procurement and inventory-management platform used by the hospitality industry.

Earlier this year, Gibson Dunn had advised Eurazeo on its acquisition of a majority stake in Mapal Group. Mapal’s acquisition of Inpulse marks the company’s first add-on transaction following Eurazeo’s investment.
