Goodwin advised MMC Ventures on its Series A investment in Cloover, which raised $22 million in equity financing alongside a $1.2 billion debt facility. MMC Ventures led the equity round alongside QED Investors, with participation from Lowercarbon Capital, BNVT Capital, Bosch Ventures, Centrotec, and Earthshot Ventures. The debt facility was provided by a leading European bank to fund customer and installer financing on the platform.
