The Global law firm, Goodwin Life Sciences team advised Third Rock Ventures in connection with the $165 million Series A financing launch of Syremis Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel treatments for serious mental health conditions. The Series A was co-led by Third Rock Ventures and Dexcel Pharma, with participation from Bain Capital Life Sciences, GV (Google Ventures), QVT, and Pictet. The funds will support the advancement of Syremis’ pipeline through clinical proof of concept.
