The Gowling WLG has advised the directors and shareholders of SHD Holdings Limited (SHD) on its sale to Cambium.
SHD is a global manufacturer of advanced composite prepreg materials, serving aerospace, high-performance automotive, motorsport, and industrial markets. With manufacturing facilities in the UK, Europe and the USA, SHD is recognised for its rapid lead times, technical expertise, product quality and ongoing commitment to sustainable material solutions.
The transaction brings together SHD's established expertise in advanced composite materials with Cambium's high-performance materials business.
