Gowling WLG Advised H.I.G. Capital and Ducalian Capital on Senior Financing for UK Self-Storage Platform November 2025
Gowling WLG team has advised H.I.G. Capital and Ducalian Capital on the refinancing of their established UK-based self-storage platform under the Titan Self Storage brand.
The new funding has supported the refinancing of nine high-performing assets, as well as a capex investment. The properties are located in affluent UK regions, each serving substantial catchment areas within a 15-minute drive.
The platform benefits from the expertise of Ducalian Capital, with over a decade of experience in scaling self-storage assets, and is backed by H.I.G. Capital, a leading global alternative investment firm with $70 billion of capital under management. All Titan Self Storage properties hold LEED Gold Certification, underscoring a commitment to sustainable development and environmental responsibility.
Gurinder Mann said, "We are delighted to have been able to support H.I.G. Capital and Ducalian Capital in achieving a significant funding milestone for Titan Self Storage as they continue to scale their platform and deliver best-in-class storage solutions across the UK."
