HEUKING Advised KOSMOCAR SA On Acquisition Of MAN HELLAS Truck & Bus SA

HEUKING advised KOSMOCAR SA in connection with its successful acquisition of MAN HELLAS Truck & Bus SA. The closing was subject to approval by the Greek competition authorities, which has now been granted.

Founded in 1970, KOSMOCAR SA is the official importer of Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in Greece, as well as Ducati motorcycles in Greece and Cyprus. It is also an official dealer and authorized workshop for Bentley and Lamborghini in Greece.

MAN HELLAS Truck & Bus SA, the Greek subsidiary of MAN Truck & Bus SE, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles and transport solutions. Based in Aspropyrgos, the company employs around 100 people and provides a comprehensive portfolio of trucks, buses, vans, and support services.
