Hogan Lovells Acted on Grasim's $480 Million Rights Offering

Hogan Lovells advised lead managers Axis Capital, Bank of America, Jefferies, JM Financial, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, and SBI Capital Markets on the legal aspects of Grasim Industries' $480 million rights offering, which saw strong investor participation.

Aditya Birla Group's crown jewel, Grasim Industries, reigns as a global leader in viscose, diversified chemicals, linen yarn, and fabrics. This $65 billion market capital behemoth operates across six continents and 40 countries.

Grasim's impact extends beyond its operations, as it boasts two publicly traded subsidiaries: UltraTech Cement, the world's fifth-largest and India's largest cement manufacturer, and Aditya Birla Capital, a leading financial services powerhouse offering diversified solutions in financing, asset management, and insurance.

Grasim Industries completed the $480 million rights offering, ranking among the largest such offerings by an Indian company in recent years.
