Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP advised the underwriters on an SEC-registered offering by Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPS) of $300 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes, 4.25% Series due January 15, 2031.

WPS, a wholly owned subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, Inc., is a regulated electric and natural gas utility company serving customers in northeastern and central Wisconsin. WPS serves approximately 473,000 regulated electric utility customers and approximately 348,000 regulated natural gas utility customers and provides wholesale electric service to various customers, including municipal utilities, electric cooperatives, energy marketers, other investor-owned utilities and municipal joint action agencies for resale.
