Khaitan & Co advised on WeWork India Management Limited IPO

The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co, acted as Indian legal counsel to the Book Running Lead Managers — JM Financial Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, and 360 One WAM Limited — in relation to the initial public offering of 46,296,296 equity shares of WeWork India Management Limited, bearing a face value of INR 10 each, aggregating to INR 29,996.43 million.

The IPO was conducted through an offer for sale by the promoter selling shareholder and the investor selling shareholder.
