Kirkland & Ellis advised Blackstone on its participation in a Series L investment in Databricks, the Data and AI company. Databricks announced on December 16, 2025 that it had raised more than $4 billion in the investment, valuing the company at $134 billion. The round was led by Insight Partners, Fidelity Management & Research Company, and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. This new investment builds on Databricks' accelerating financial results and underscores the company's vision to make data and AI accessible to all organizations.
