Kirkland & Ellis Advised Great Hill Partners On Majority Recapitalization In Vision Government Solutions

Kirkland & Ellis advised Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm that invests in high-growth, disruptive companies, on its majority recapitalization in Vision Government Solutions, Inc., a leader in the appraisal, computer-assisted mass appraisal, and property tax industry.

The recapitalization also includes participation from Weatherford Capital and the existing Vision leadership team. This strategic investment will support Vision’s continued growth, drive product innovation, and enhance overall customer experience.

As part of the transaction, Rubicon Technology Partners, which had invested in Vision in March 2021, has exited its stake in the company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
