Further supporting CleanArc’s growth initiatives, the new collaboration continues developing its first data center campus in Virginia set to deliver 300 MW of capacity by Q1 2027.
Kirkland & Ellis advised developer and operator of renewables-focused hyperscale data center campuses, CleanArc Data Centers, and majority stakeholder in CleanArc, Snowhawk LP, with respect to leading advisor and partner to institutional investors globally, Townsend Group’s strategic investment in CleanArc.
Townsend, which advises a group of global advisors, including some of the largest pension and sovereign plans pursuing strategic stakes in leading operating and investment platforms, led the investment. Further supporting CleanArc’s growth initiatives, the new collaboration continues developing its first data center campus in Virginia set to deliver 300 MW of capacity by Q1 2027.
