K&L Gates Advised Laurel Mountain Partners On Formation Of 5280 Waste Group For Acquisition Of Waste Solutions

K&L Gates LLP advised Laurel Mountain Partners in the establishment of 5280 Waste Group, LLC to raise common and preferred equity from private equity investors, and mezzanine lenders, along with a commercial loan facility.

The transaction allows the 5280 Waste Group and its subsidiaries to acquire 5280 Waste Solutions, LLC in Denver, CO, with the expectation of raising additional funds for add-on acquisitions.
