K&L Gates Advised on AU$90.7 Million A-Grade Office Acquisition
Global law firm K&L Gates advised Singapore-based investment group Soilbuild on its AU$90.7 million acquisition of a 25% freehold interest in Coca-Cola Place, located at 40 Mount Street, North Sydney. The stake was purchased from M&G Real Estate, with investment and asset manager Realmont Property Partners assisting Soilbuild. The remaining 75% interest in the building is co-owned by Investa’s commercial property fund, ICPF.
Coca-Cola Place comprises a prominent 28,340-square-metre modern A-grade office tower with expansive Sydney CBD and harbour views. The building is located close to the key public transport hubs of Victoria Cross metro station and North Sydney train station and comprises world-leading sustainability attributes, including a 6.0 star Green Star design rating, a 5.5 star NABERS energy rating, and a 4.5 star NABERS water rating.
