Latham & Watkins Advised Encore on US$350 Million Fund Formation

Latham & Watkins LLP acted as legal counsel to Encore Consumer Capital, a private equity investment firm focused on the consumer staples industry, in connection with the successful closing of Encore Consumer Capital Fund V LP with US$350 million of limited partner commitments. The fund was substantially oversubscribed and completed in less than five months, with participation from a diverse group of investors including endowments, foundations, pension plans, family offices, and financial institutions.
