Latham & Watkins advised Solace Health has announced a US$130 million Series C funding round led by IVP, accelerating the company’s mission to make advocacy a standard part of care for every patient in the United States. The Series C values Solace at over US$1 billion and reflects growing consensus that healthcare advocacy is no longer optional as costs rise and systems fracture. The round also included participation from existing investors Menlo Ventures, SignalFire, Torch Capital, Inspired Capital, and RiverPark Ventures.
