Latham & Watkins LLP advised Harvey on its US$160 million investment round led by Andreessen Horowitz, valuing the company at US$8 billion. The round follows EQT’s recent investment in Harvey and includes participation from new investors WndrCo and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., along with returning investors Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, Conviction, and Elad Gil.
