Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a prominent legal firm, provided advisory services to Parabola during its recent $24 million Series B funding round announced on June 28, 2023.
The funding round was led by OpenView, with participation from existing investors Matrix and Thrive Capital. Notably, new investors, including Flexport, Webflow, and the founders of Harry's, Warby Parker, and Allbirds, also contributed to the funding.
The recently secured funding will enable Parabola to embark on an expansion journey, enhancing its product capabilities and scaling its team. With a strong focus on democratising automation and AI, Parabola aims to empower individuals across various technical backgrounds to leverage these technologies in their daily work.
The funds raised will support the company's efforts to cater to its existing customer base in sectors such as e-commerce, retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), freight, and logistics, while also venturing into new verticals.
