Linklaters Advised Prologis On The Acquisition Of Prologis Park Grodzisk

Linklaters advised Prologis, a US-headquartered logistics real estate company, on the acquisition of Prologis Park Grodzisk.

Prologis Park Grodzisk is located in central Poland, 35 km from Warsaw, close to the A2 motorway, one of the key arteries of Poland’s road infrastructure. The site spans nearly 70,000 sqm of warehouse space and consists of four modern buildings, all BREEAM-certified, with “Very Good” ratings. It offers flexible warehouse modules, tailored for a variety of logistics and industrial operations.

The transaction was led by Zuzanna Lipska (Managing Associate), supported by Katarzyna Grodzka (Associate), Aleksandra Mielniczuk (Associate) and Aleksandra Stanulewicz (Junior Associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice.
