Linklaters has advised TPG, a leading global alternative asset management firm, on its significant minority investment in Health academia, a leading international healthcare education group with a network across 11 countries.

The investment was made through The Rise Funds, the multi-sector strategy of TPG’s global impact investing platform, joining G Square Capital, the company’s majority shareholder, to support Health academia’s next phase of growth.
