Morgan Lewis advised Rampmaster in its sale to ATL Partners LLC. Rampmaster, formally known as General Transervice Inc., is a manufacturer of aircraft refueling vehicles. Rampmaster offers vehicles with longer refueler lifecycles, lower emissions, and maintenance savings. ATL Partners is a private equity firm that invests in commercial aerospace, national security, and transportation and logistics companies.
