Morgan Lewis Advised Scotts Miracle-Gro on Stadium Naming Rights Partnership with Columbus Crew

Morgan Lewis advised Scotts Miracle-Gro in a partnership with Major League Soccer’s Columbus Crew for the exclusive naming rights of the team’s stadium. Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, the stadium will now be named Scotts Miracle-Gro Field, and Scotts Miracle-Gro will be the team’s official and exclusive lawn care and gardening partner.

As part of the partnership, Scotts Miracle-Gro will receive branding throughout the stadium, integration across the team’s game-day broadcasts and digital platforms, and a platform to partner with the team in supporting community initiatives and youth soccer programs in the Columbus, Ohio area.
