Hellebore is a next-generation software engineering company with expertise in DevSecOps Software systems and solutions supporting high-priority missions.

LinQuest is an innovative leader in the national security space that enables defense and intelligence missions through advanced digital solutions and the development, integration, and operations of mission-critical systems. The company provides state-of-the-art software and engineering solutions for national security organizations and the intelligence community.

Hellebore's acquisition will enhance the ability of both companies to provide Air Force Material Command (AFMC) and other Dayton, Ohio customers with their transformation efforts to a digital future.

The Morrison Foerster team advising LinQuest was led by Denver corporate partner Tyler Sewell and Washington, DC government contracts partner Damien Specht. The team included Miami associate Gabriella Fortun, Denver associate Tom Schaad, and Washington, DC associate Caitlin Crujido.
