Norton Rose Fulbright advised on Hong Kong IPO of a Chinese consumer e-commerce platform operator

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited (CICC) and CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited as joint sponsors, on the global offering and listing of Quantgroup Holding Limited on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Quantgroup Holding Limited is an operator of online marketplaces in China. It runs two main businesses including Yangxiaomie (羊小咩), a one-stop consumer E-commerce platform, and Consumption Guide (消费地图), an O2O platform for automotive retail. Leveraging its proprietary technology platform, Guantgroup delivers intelligent and personalised experiences for its consumers and business partners.

Psyche Tai, the head of Norton Rose Fulbright’s Hong Kong office and capital markets practice, Said,
