Paul Hastings LLP advised the financing sources in Cotiviti’s acquisition of Edifecs, a pioneer in healthcare data interoperability. Cotiviti, a portfolio company of Veritas Capital and KKR, continues its strategic expansion with this acquisition. Paul Hastings previously advised the lead arrangers on $5.6 billion of financing for KKR’s investment in Cotiviti.
