PLMJ advised Jean Boulle Group on diamond concession development in Angola

The African law firm based in Luanda, Angola, PLMJ and PLMJ Colab Angola – RVA Advogados advised Jean Boulle Group on the development of the N’Dumba concession for the prospecting, exploration, and commercialization of diamonds in Luanda, Angola. The concession will be operated through a joint venture between the Jean Boulle Group and Angola’s National Diamond Company.

The multidisciplinary team was led by Renata Valenti (Partner) and Rúben Brigolas (Senior Consultant), with support from Orlando Buta (Associate) and Carolina Inverno Branco (Associate), along with other lawyers from various practice areas.
