Reed Smith LLP advised Toscafund on investment in INSTANDA
Global law firm Reed Smith has advised Toscafund in connection with INSTANDA’s recently completed $20 million funding round, led by Commerz Ventures. The infusion of capital is intended to accelerate INSTANDA’s global expansion and further strengthen its position in the Insurtech segment.
The round brings INSTANDA’s total funding raised to date to over $85 million. The investment will support enhanced data science and AI capabilities, drive expansion into North
America and Europe, and underpin strategic acquisitions to broaden the company’s client offerings.
