The aim has been to create value through a hands-on operational approach

Multinational law firm Ropes & Gray has Advised Trive Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, in closing Trive Capital Fund V, LP for $2.7 billion, exceeding its $2.5 billion target.

Consistent for over a decade, Fund V will continue to invest in middle-market companies with a sector-agnostic, yet situation-specific approach.

The Ropes & Gray team included asset management partners Jessica Marlin and Marc Biamonte, counsel Casey Burns White, employment, executive compensation and employee benefits partner Sharon Remmer, tax partner Jim Brown and finance partner Patricia Teixeira.
