Ropes & Gray Advised Underwriters in HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital’s $500 Million Offering of Green Junior Subordinate Notes
Ropes & Gray has advised the underwriters in HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital (HASI)’s offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 8.000% green junior subordinated notes due 2056. The transaction was announced on November 14 and closed on November 20, 2025.
HASI will use cash equal to the net proceeds from this offering to acquire, invest in or refinance, in whole or in part, new and existing eligible green projects.
