Uniwax, founded in 1968 and listed on the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM), is renowned for its iconic African wax print fabrics and operates a major production facility in Côte d’Ivoire.
The transaction, subject to regulatory approvals, positions COIC to capture greater value across the textile value chain while supporting Uniwax’s continued growth and expansion.
