Global law firm Squire Patton Boggs played a key role in the recent buyout of Glacier Energy, an international leader in renewable and conventional energy solutions, by UK mid-market private equity investor Averroes Capital.
Leading the team advising Averroes Capital was Birmingham Corporate partner Tom Durrant, assisted by associates Simon Watts-Morgan and Jessica Hopkinson. For banking matters, they relied on partner Roy Grist and associate Charlotte Farnsworth.
