The global law firm, Freshfields acted as international legal counsel to Swiss-based healthcare company Novartis AG on the cross-border aspects of the proposed sale of its entire 70.68% shareholding in Novartis India Limited to WaveRise Investments Limited, ChrysCapital Fund X, and Two Infinity Partners, which form part of the ChrysCapital group.
