The transaction aims to establish an integrated cybersecurity platform and position Morocco as a regional cybersecurity hub in Africa.
The transaction also involved FinTrust Capital as exclusive M&A advisor, led by Moncef Benzakour with support from Hamza Tourbih, and legal counsels to SEKERA, Sylvain Clavé and Denis Moati-Marcozzi.
