Taylor Wessing Advised Azenta on its US$63 million Sale of B Medical Systems
The Taylor Wessing team advised Azenta on the sale to THELEMA as it seeks to simplify its portfolio to focus on key areas of growth.
They advised Azenta Inc. and affiliate, Azenta Germany GmbH, on the sale of its B Medical Systems business to THELEMA S.À R.L. for a purchase price of US$63 million. The transaction is expected to close on or before 31 March 2026.
B Medical Systems is a global manufacturer and distributor of medical refrigeration devices based in Luxembourg.
