Taylor Wessing Czech Republic advised a Swiss investor in acquiring the Keystone office building in Prague’s Karlín district. This transaction represents the final asset sale from the KB 2 Real Estate Fund (“Realitní fond KB 2”) portfolio managed by Amundi Czech Republic’s.

"The transaction began in late summer 2025, culminated towards the end of the year, and was ultimately closed by early January 2026. Beyond carrying out thorough legal due diligence and negotiating extensive contractual documentation, we oversaw coordination with fellow advisor teams from Knight Frank, BDO and Gleeds. This transaction was closed successfully thanks to the whole team’s flawless work and much-needed dedication in the final phases. Amundi is a leading European asset manager and one of the largest investment managers in the world, offering a wide range of investment solutions for institutional and individual clients. Despite this being the final asset realization of Amundi Czech Republic’s KB 2 fund, Amundi remains an active player in the real estate market through its other funds. Examples include the KB 3 Real Estate Fund, which recently strengthened its position with the acquisition of the B&B hotel in Prague's Florenc district, and the KB 4 Real Estate Fund, which focuses on a broader spectrum of real estate, including residential projects, homes for seniors and clinics.
