White & Case Advised Cove Kaz Capital Group on Severniy Katpar Tungsten Project in Kazakhstan
Global law firm White & Case LLP is advised Cove Kaz Capital Group LLC on its US$1.1 billion joint venture with the national mining company of Kazakhstan for the Severniy Katpar Tungsten project.
Under the agreement, Cove Kaz Capital Group, a portfolio company of Cove Capital LLC, will develop the Northern Katpar and Upper Kairakty projects, the largest known undeveloped tungsten resource in the world.
