Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the sole bookrunning manager on Churchill Capital Corp XI's US$414 million upsized initial public offering.

Churchill Capital Corp XI is a special purpose acquisition company targeting an initial business combination in any business or industry. White & Case has represented the underwriters in all 11 Churchill Capital SPACs.

White & Case's Capital Markets Practice, ranked Band 1 in Chambers Global 2025 for its SPAC capabilities, has represented clients in more than 175 SPAC IPOs valued over US$55 billion, and on more than 80 de-SPAC business combinations valued over US$125 billion.
