The prominent and historic Egyptian law firm, Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law, advised Reefy Micro Finance Enterprise Services SAE (Reefy) on the successful completion of a securitization issuance valued at EGP 1.064 billion, representing the third issuance under Reefy’s second securitization program.

The transaction underscores Reefy’s strong financial position and its continued commitment to advancing financial inclusion across Egypt’s microfinance sector.

Transaction Advisors

CI Capital Holding acted as the sole lead arranger on the transaction, playing a key role in bringing the issuance to a successful close, alongside other advisors involved in the process.

Legal Advisory Team

The transaction team advising on the matter was overseen by Helal El Hossary (Partner and Head of Capital Markets & Corporate Procedures). The transaction was led by Omar Fouda (Senior Associate), with support from Ahmed Adel Ammar (Associate), who coordinated closely with the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and handled the drafting and finalization of the transaction documentation.
