Ahmed has been a key member of the Firm’s Corporate Department since 2012 and brings over 15 years of experience in corporate and business law. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, due diligence, and complex commercial and real estate agreements.
Throughout his career, Ahmed has advised leading local and international clients, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and sovereign entities on landmark transactions.
