The Malaysian boutique law firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Lim Chee Wee Partnership (LCWP) is acting for Wisma Majujaya in its winding-up petition against the listed company Bina Puri Holdings Berhad, as reported by The Edge Malaysia.

The hearing of the winding-up petition has been adjourned following Bina Puri’s initiation of a scheme of arrangement, under which the company is currently under a moratorium pending the hearing of the restraining order.
