Revanta Mathur has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in the Intellectual Property Practice. He will be based in the Firm’s Delhi – NCR office.
Revanta is a specialist in brand strategies and transactional intellectual property (IP), including but not limited to trademark and copyright advisory in India and SAARC countries. Revanta graduated from Amity Law School, Delhi in 2007.
Revanta has been representing clients in several sectors including the sports, alcohol, luxury & automotive sectors. His practice area includes all aspects of trademark prosecution and enforcement along with corporate and commercial IP. Revanta also presents application, opposition and assignment cases at hearings before the Trade Marks Offices and the Intellectual Property Division of the High Court.
