Mayer Brown represented a subsidiary of VINCI Airports (VINCI) - Concessoc 31 SAS who was the borrower, in the negotiation and execution of MXN $8.75 billion credit and guarantee agreement. As a result of this acquisition, Concessoc 31 SAS becomes the largest shareholder in OMA and gives it an operational role in 13 airports in northern and central Mexico.

VINCI is a global operator of airport concessions, project management, maintenance, and construction.

Banco Inbursa, HSBC Mexico and Scotiabank were the lenders for the acquisition of Fintech Advisory Inc.'s 29.9 percent stake in Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte (OMA).

OMA is a Mexican publicly traded company that holds concessions to operate, maintain, and develop 13 airports in Mexico, concentrated in the country's central and northern regions, and provides aeronautical services, non-aeronautical services, and commercial services to passengers and airlines that use the airports that it operates.

The team included partners Douglas Doetsch and Juan Pablo Moreno, counsel David Goett, Leslie Cruz and Pamela Sackmann and associates Luis Schrader, Javier Garibay, Gretel Echarte, Lisa Holl and Caitlin Schaefer.
