Abhijit Mittal, Ex-ADAZ (Co-founder & Partner), and Anukalp Jain, an Individual Practitioner, have partnered together to merge their legal practices and teams by establishing a new law firm namely – Legal Scriptures, Advocates & Solicitors.

Abhijit, a law graduate from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, has over 12 years of experience in the legal field and has worked with various renowned names in the legal sector. His broad spectrum of experience includes practice in various Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, judicial and quasi-judicial authorities across the country.

Abhijit has an established track record in litigation and arbitration and has also represented various clients in international commercial arbitrations. His clientele includes various private sector entities, government entities, non-government bodies, and foreign entities.

Anukalp, is a graduate of Amity Law School, Delhi. He has carved out a niche in white-collar crimes, commercial litigation, consumer laws and labour laws. He has advised and represented varied renowned corporate houses, international organizations, public sector undertakings, and central government departments.

Moreover, he is a panel counsel at the Supreme Court of India for the Government of India and a government pleader at the Delhi High Court for the Central Government. He has been handling cases pertaining to election laws and citizenship rights, amongst various others.

The firm is headquartered in Delhi, and advises clients across India. The firm offers a comprehensive range of legal services ranging from Litigation, Arbitration, Advisory, Compliance & Regulatory, and Drafting, touching upon various subjects of law.
