Boutique Law Firm Vertices Partners Expands Geographies–Shraddha Ray Menon appointed as the Gurugram Office Lead Partner

VERTICES PARTNERS, a leading first-generation boutique law firm, has expanded its presence in the National Capital Region and has opened its offices in Gurugram in Two Horizon Centre. Ms. Shraddha Ray Menon has merged her practice at Ray Menon & Associates with the firm. Shraddha will be leading the Gurugram office of VERTICES PARTNERS.

Shraddha has pursued BA Hons. (Economics) from Bombay University, and is a Gold Medalist in L.L.B. (Symbiosis), Pune University 1996. She is also a British Chevening Scholar. Her area of expertise lies in advising on corporate governance, risk mitigation, compliance alignments and transactions along with data privacy, human resources and employment laws. Shraddha has been actively involved in training senior management personnel on POSH laws and has been appointed as an external member of several POSH Committees. In her earlier stints, before setting up her firm, she had been an in-house counsel for Coca-Cola India and was directly involved in their Pan-India bottling operations and prior to that she had worked with Mumbai-based AZB & Partners and Thakker & Thakker.
