CAM announces largest ever promotions

The annual promotions see 120 Associates of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas getting promotions

Leading Indian law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) has announced promotions of a total of 120 Associates. This is one of the largest ever promotions in the firm's 104 years old legacy. The firm announced its annual promotions on 10 May 2020.

This includes six free earners becoming Directors, 31 Senior Associates getting promoted as Principal Associates while 12 are now Principal Associate Designate.

A total of 63 Associates have been promoted as Senior Associates while 11 become Senior Associate Designate.

Maximum 55 promotions have been witnessed in the CAM Corporate practices including five of the six new directors, while CAM Finance practices stood second with 28 promotions. CAM Dispute Resolution and CAM Market practices witnessed 23 and 14 promotions respectively.

The lion's share in promotion went to the firm's Mumbai office with a total of 68 individuals receiving the good news, while the Delhi office with 33 promotions stood at the second. Bengaluru office with a total of 12 promotions occupied the third position in the list while Ahmedabad and Hyderabad offices witnessed six and one promotions respectively.

These promotions are in addition to CAM's last week announcement about promotions of 23 lawyers as Partners.
