Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advises Essel Group on sale of 11% stake in ZEEL to OFI Global China Fund

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Essel Group in relation to sale of 11% stake in Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) to OFI Global China Fund, LLC. The Firm acted as legal counsel to Essel Group companies - Cyquator Media Services Private Limited and Essel Corporate LLP in the Transaction. The aggregate value of transaction upto INR 4244 crores.
